Not a great experience this time Took my truck in for a failed fog light and worked it out so that it was there while I was on vacation and didn’t need it for a couple of days. I get Took my truck in for a failed fog light and worked it out so that it was there while I was on vacation and didn’t need it for a couple of days. I get it back and NEITHER fog light works, and neither do ANY of the parking sensors, so it’s in much worse shape than it was when I dropped it off. Additionally, I’m not on vacation anymore, so this time, leaving it with the dealership is going to interfere with my work unless they provide me a loaner truck, which they have not been able to do on prior visits. In fairness, Ronnie in the service department was, and always has been, very friendly and easy to work with. This is the first time a visit to the dealership has gone sideways, but I would have expected the technician to check his own work and make sure the problem was resolved before calling and telling me the truck was ready. More

Better than any other dealership service I bought my car from a different dealership and got free oil changes for a year....I would rather pay money to get my vehicle serviced by frank brown. Not Dependable I was given a “1 hour’” quote for an oil change. It took over 4 hours. I have called for two months to get what my notification letter calls “a critic I was given a “1 hour’” quote for an oil change. It took over 4 hours. I have called for two months to get what my notification letter calls “a critical repair “, only to be told it’s not critical and they don’t have the parts. I was also told that is normal for the company. How do you think this makes me feel as a first time customer that completely changed cars related to the “safety “ and “few if any” problems of this brand? I will have to see a lot better in the future or I am a last time customer. More

He told me i should drive the car into service area first, but then he realized i had a 3 year old that i would have to get back in the carseat so he offered to drive my car in for me! He did not have to offer but i was grateful he did. More
