If you make a mistake, just own it Sammy has worked on my card before and had done a good job. This time he had my car for 5 or 6 days BEFORE starting the work and when I confronted him Sammy has worked on my card before and had done a good job. I can forgive that if someone owns their mistake.. But it's pretty frustrating if they don't accept responsibility.
