Tire fiasco I am very unhappy about my tire purchase there. I bought 2 tires on Oct 21st. No one mentioned road hazard or offered it. The tire was low 3 days late I am very unhappy about my tire purchase there. I bought 2 tires on Oct 21st. No one mentioned road hazard or offered it. The tire was low 3 days later and my husband aired it up. I drove to Weatherford and back with no problem. I was gone until November 4th. We had another cold spell and the tire was low again. We aired it up and the next time I came to Lubbock, I took it to see if it had something in it. The tire shop said it was leaking on the sidewall and they could not fis it, that I should take it back where I purchased it and get it replaced. I live 60 miles from Lubbock. When I brought it to you, Sammy said it was a puncture, although you could not see a puncture. He also said there was no warranty and no road hazard. He asked did I want another tire and I said only if it had road hazard and could I also get road hazard for the other tire I bought Oct 21st. He said yes for the new one but the other one was used And could not be covered. When I checked out the road hazard was not on there. Terry was very nice and took care of it the next day. Altogether, I was at the service dept for 5 1/2 hours, 3 1/2 on the 21st and 2 last week. I also paid for 3 tires. I can’t believe you don’t offer road hazard whenever anyone buys tires. I will not purchase tires from you in the future. I was told that the tire was defective and sammy did not even look, just sprayed it with wTer and said it was punctured. More
