Friendly customer service but had vehicle too long Taken in for what seemed a simple fix but they couldn’t get to my car in a timely manner. There was an oil leak and car war originally taken in in 11/8/19 but was told the wouldn’t even be able to look at it until Monday (I had scheduled an appointment by the way). So I took my car and returned on Monday 11/11/19. They didn’t have a loaner at the time which was fine but they didn’t emergent able to even look at my. At until late Wednesday 11/13/19. They did end up getting me a loaner. When they got to look at it they did confirm it was an oil leak and ordered the needed part. I did not get my car back until 11/20/19 I believe. I will say everyone was very friendly. More
