I had been told by the salesman, Matthew, (who no longer works there) that the first oil change was complimentary. When l brought my new Fit in for that service, l was told it was NOT complimentary. However, l had recommended this salesman and vehicle to a friend who also purchased with you. My friend received his oil change without issue approximately a month ago. I felt extremely irritated by this, as l had purchased and been instrumental in the sale of 3 vehicles from you this year. I was given the ‘run around’ by the sales department, who claimed ‘they never give free oil changes’. Terry corrected this error More
