went in to see if my vehicle was needing an new air filter. I called Frank Brown the day 1/23 and spoke to Terry to ask about my oil change and maybe an air filter. He let me know your hours and to bring it in next day to check the air filter to be sure. when I arrived on friday afternoon 1/24 about 4:30 the technician checked my vehicle and it was in fact due for an oil change. I was very impressed I was in and out before 6pm. I want to keep my GMC Terrain "Selena" in tiptop shape and Frank Brown has taken care of us since we got her in December 2019 after a car wreck I was not at fault at. From Kienan Beasley to your service department, We are very happy with Frank Brown.
