I have taken my vehicle in twice for the same issues. The screen display while in reverse is not working correctly and the steps do not come down when opening the doors occasionally. I went to pick up my vehicle after hours and as soon as I put it in reverse the screen did not work again. Every time I have taken it in they have kept my vehicle at least two days and they don’t even have a replacement vehicle for me to drive.
