I was visiting from out of town and needed my vehicle serviced. I choose Frank Brown because twice before they resolved issues I had with a vehicle. I knew I would be taken care of. What I didn't expect was for Terry to look up my maintenance package so that I didn't have to pay out of pocket. They could've easily allowed me to take care of it on my own.
