Was completely lied to by my service advisor, Ronnie, about the cost to rebuild my transmission. He told me multiple times that it would be a couple thousand dollars. Then, after I commit and bring my tr about the cost to rebuild my transmission. He told me multiple times that it would be a couple thousand dollars. Then, after I commit and bring my truck in he calls and tells me that just labor will be $2400 and they won’t know parts until they get into it and see what’s wrong. He should have never told me a price if he didn’t know. He should have just said we won’t know until we get into it. Also, how the xxxx can you tell me that labor is going to be $2400 when you don’t even know what is wrong with it or what needs to be fixed yet??? Ridiculous. I bought my most recent car from Frank Brown and it looks to be my last. I do not do business with people that I can’t trust. More

I give the dealership a five for quality service. I give Honda Corporate a one. Beware the brake fluid flush Accord owners. I did not realize that a vehicle with slightly over 20K and 2 years should require Honda Corporate a one. Beware the brake fluid flush Accord owners.
