I had 2 make 2 different trips to your dealership because your customer service representative didn’t bother to make sure my “recall” parts were in stock before scheduling me to bring in my SUV. Then kept it all day & did nothing. When Ronnie called he lied to me & said 1 recall was completed. When he called a couple of days later he stated the “parts” were in. I asked what do you mean “parts”, I thought you were waiting on 1 part he said NO he was waiting on both so then I stated. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME YOU HAD MY VEHICLE ALL DAY & DID NOTHING? Not one time did he apologize & take responsibility for his mistake, as a matter of fact, he tried to blame the technician. I hope I never have to take my vehicle in again if I do I will not deal with Mr Botello…very disappointing.
