My vehicle has been in 4 times for the same problem of leaking oil, Kurt says for every time they had to put a new plug in and charges me $100 for that then it breaks again with two weeks and I have to pa leaking oil, Kurt says for every time they had to put a new plug in and charges me $100 for that then it breaks again with two weeks and I have to pay again? The service manager talks about customer service is his main priority but doesn’t return phone calls, really shows how much they care.
