Jeep Commander Random Misfire When it is hot and under load, I would get a random misfire. The service manager was confident the corrections done would remedy the problem. The service technician re-gapped spark plugs (found the plug gap was out of spec on 4 plugs), cleaned the injectors and added injector cleaner to fuel tank. After leaving I had a couple of ghost misfires, which Corey had noted might happen, but since then have not noticed any misfiring. I'm hopeful the issue has been corrected. More

We have taken our Jeep here before but, today disappointed me. To be respectful, we wear face masks. We were a little surprised when a lady ( who was nice) approached us quickly ( without a mask disappointed me. To be respectful, we wear face masks. We were a little surprised when a lady ( who was nice) approached us quickly ( without a mask) and kept coming closer and closer. My daughter and I kept backing up to stay at a safe distance. I think she finally realized what we were doing, but, she never left the 6 foot minimum. My family and I are very sensitive to this health situation due to the fact that we almost lost two family members from this disease. Also, I requested and paid for a package (the works) that changed oil, rotated the tires, multidpoint inspection and washed my Jeep.. My daughter and I returned and I was handed the paper work and we left. On the way home my daughter asked why they wouldn’t have washed the windows (as there were still bugs and dirt on the windshield). Upon arriving home, we discovered that the Jeep has never been washed. When I called, the lady apologized and asked us to bring it back. Since we were already home, I told her that we would drive back at a later time. It just made us wonder if the other services really happened... The lady that we worked with is not on the list of pictures.... please apologize to Kaycee since I couldn’t continue until I picked one. More

Drive up not the Express Lane for a LOF. Was met promptly by a service advisor , He directed me to the customer waiting room. The room was very clean waited about 45 minutes which is acceptable.
