Broken XM New Jeep the XM antenna needed to be replaced. After 2 weeks of waiting I called dealership to check on status. Parts had arrived but no one had cal New Jeep the XM antenna needed to be replaced. After 2 weeks of waiting I called dealership to check on status. Parts had arrived but no one had called me. Scheduled service Jeep was fixed. Jeep was done when promised and XM was fixed. Picked up the Jeep covered with bird droppings. I keep my cars cleaned and waxed, so this wasn't how I dropped my vehicle off, I did contact my salesman and he apologize and said bring it back anytime for a wash. More

I came in for an oil change and initially I was happy with the short 20 minutes it took to do the work. As I was paying for the service the representative said that my vehicle was in the wash bay, which with the short 20 minutes it took to do the work. As I was paying for the service the representative said that my vehicle was in the wash bay, which was fine with me. As I walked into the shop, I noticed that the back vent windows were open and the water was going into the back of my van. I told the representative and she went and shut off the water and said that it would be taken into detailing. No apology just a comment that boys are silly. More
