Very poor communication by staff. Had a new transmission put in under warranty, the people I spoke to kept giving me completion dates that moved further out. It was not until I spoke with the service manage put in under warranty, the people I spoke to kept giving me completion dates that moved further out. It was not until I spoke with the service manager that a full explanation for the delay was given. That was almost 2 months in. When I finally picked the vehicle up, it was here are your keys, bye. Not happy. Doubtful I will purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Unfortunate, as I will be in the market very soon. More

My vehicle needed an oil change and a few other things done. My schedule is so crazy, I couldn't find a time to get it out there so they suggested a pick up and drop off service. I have always used your express lane for my oil change and have never been treated the way I was treated last night. I will still recommend this service because I believe we all have bad days. The young lady told me it would be a 2 hour wait and I chose to wait. She appeared to be frustrated with me because I chose to wait. She never asked me my name, just wanted to know if the keys were in the car. I waited in the inside waiting room and when my car was finished, she came in and just stated you are good to go. I had no idea she was talking to me until she looked at me and said I could come over to the counter. In past visits they have always greeted me by my name and went over what they did on my vehicle and also the check points. She did none of these things. She had also asked me if I wanted my car washed and I stated yes. When my car was finished she said that they did not wash it because the machine was broken???? Chalking this visit up to your staff having a bad day. More
