Service experience was superb. However, while driving home, I heard a clunk under my card. Something (oil pan cover?) was not attached properly and it is now hanging towards the ground. Brought new (2019) Jeep in to fix radio. You had it for 3 hours and called and told me you would have to order a new radio. I was told it would take a couple of weeks. I called service department over 2 week hours and called and told me you would have to order a new radio. I was told it would take a couple of weeks. Plenty of waiting room. Took 1.5 hours on a Friday morning to get oil change. Car wash was terrible. Poor communication about what was going on and where we needed to be.
