Got us right in for an oil change. Told us it would be about an hour & that they would call when it was done. It was past an hour so we drove by to see if it was done & it was not. We ran a few more erran about an hour & that they would call when it was done. It was past an hour so we drove by to see if it was done & it was not. It was 5:20 when we picked the car up, the service department were gone for the night however the girl at the front desk was very nice. They had our car out back & gave it s car wash. The service & customer service was very good just wished they would have called when it was ready. Also the colored printer must nit gave been working, our receipt was in black & white so we cant tell what are problem areas with the car, seeing no one called they did not discuss this with us. We asked the girl at the desk if she knew what color the breaks were & she said no the printer must have been out of ink. More
When I finally found the building, everything was perfect. However not knowing that oil change had been moved somewhere, whoever answered my call at the service department was actually rude to me abo perfect. brought in for fuel rail leak recall. next day the car's check engine light was on and was alerting it lacked sufficient engine oil. i checked over the engine bay myself and found some of the evap system c check engine light was on and was alerting it lacked sufficient engine oil. i checked over the engine bay myself and found some of the evap system connections were not connected and were loose in the engine bay. on top of that the car was burning off spilled coolant from the block that was apparently added as part of the recall; it was an incomplete and messy job--this car has had no issues for its nearly 40,000 miles until it visited this service department. a note on the multipoint inspection: they recommended a rotate on tires that all 4 were replaced on less than 300 miles ago at another location, also recommended an air filter and oil change that was done only a few months ago. i feel like this service department is dishonest and not committed to quality work. i will not return. More

Went in for oil change before coming in I had called to see if I would need an appointment in order for them to inspect my RAM for a broken piece women I spoke with informed I didn’t need it just come in s see if I would need an appointment in order for them to inspect my RAM for a broken piece women I spoke with informed I didn’t need it just come in she would have tech take a look at it upon arrival I told service advisor same concern made it aware this was important for me to find out as far as pricing and or getting it fixed and or replaced waited 2 hours I assumed they were taking a closer look at broken piece when service advisor came to give paperwork she had bare minimum information on broken piece and or what my next step could be felt brushed off and put to side as if I wasn’t important I myself work in customer service and to me was rude on her end I understand they didn’t have parts to perform but felt she could of quoted me other options More
