Anytime I take my vehicle here even for a simple oil change with tire rotation there is some kind of issue. This last visit they could NOT do the tire rotation because they did not put my key to my loc change with tire rotation there is some kind of issue. This last visit they could NOT do the tire rotation because they did not put my key to my locking lug nut back into my glovebox where they had gotten it from in order to perform the service last time! This is my fault why? I have to pay to replace it why???? It is obvious that ALL my services have been performed at this dealership since I purchased this 2018 Ram if they were to look at my service records. Simply not acceptable More

Jericho is very pleasant to work with, it's just that when you need to talk to someone, no one is readily available. Sometimes you leave messages and the response time is slow to not at all. I also had to wait 10 days when I was told that my vehicle would be done in 2-3. Jericho needs some help (she does a GREAT job!) so it's not her fault for the service level. My car also smelled like cigarette smoke when I picked it up (I don't smoke). I didn't like that much. More

Questions not answered sufficiently. AC Freon was low on a 4 year old car with no explanation why extended warranty wouldn’t cover it. Low effort to explain. Wanted to ask questions upon arrival and was told by the receptionist I could go out into the shop and see if I can find somebody. It was as if the receptionist was too bothered to help us with no other customers in sight. So it wasn’t like she was really busy. We had to ask, paying nearly $600, where the car was and the receptionist pointed to the lot out there somewhere was her response. We had to walk around your lot to find it. Used up plastic protection balled up behind driver seat. Worst kind of service I’ve ever had. I would not expect to have to recharge the Freon in a four year old car ever. More
