In particular special mention as well to Linda Batty who took the time to listen to my concerns regarding some very bad experiences I'd had with the Chrysler dealership from whom I'd purchased the vehicle and attempted to continue to work through when warranty needs had come up but I had reached the point I refused to return there. Linda was empathetic to my position but objective and convincingly expressed that would not be the case at Boucher. I am committed to returning there for my future service work at a minimum. More

Brought my dodge Ram in as backup camera not working. Was told would be 2 to 3 weeks for part to come in.
