We have had or gladiator serviced since new 2020 and have been happy with service. We recently decided to get oil change on our older wrangler and while service was good. The worst service ever. I brought my Ram 1500 in for an oil change, tire rotation and warranty work on a front left wheel hub bearing and was charged just under $1,000.00. T I brought my Ram 1500 in for an oil change, tire rotation and warranty work on a front left wheel hub bearing and was charged just under $1,000.00. They replaced a 6 month old rotor on the right side saying that it needed to be replaced because of wear. There was no significant wear to the rotor. The left rotor was damaged from the failure to the bearing and should have been covered under the warranty along with the replacement of the break pads. I brought it in for warranty work on the radio also and it was not fixed. More
