I had signed up online and when I walked in the lady behind the desk greeted me by name with a smile and was very friendly :) She checked with me about what I wanted checked on my vehicle and then took behind the desk greeted me by name with a smile and was very friendly :) She checked with me about what I wanted checked on my vehicle and then took me to the waiting area ( explaining that there snacks and drinks.)
