We found the vehicle through CarGurus. The process was, with the exception of a miscommunication on one payment type accepted, very straight forward. As we were driving a couple of hours, it required some flexibility, and Jeremiah was very accommodating. We were treated very respectfully when we arrived and throughout the process. Rocio in the financial department was especially lovely and personable, and the entire purchase went smoothly. The van was in the exact shape it was advertised as and was a great deal.
