Good friendly people trying their best. But I sat there for 4.5 hours the first day when they hooked up my van to the computer. They finally found that the radio was bad-in all my years I have never had any radio go bad-even in used cars. I am so disappointed in my Pacifica. I met with a woman for service-Julie?
