I had been bring my vehicle here since 2015 but will no longer be bringing my car to this dealership after the visit there. Service has gone down. After multiple visits for the same problem and vehicle qui longer be bringing my car to this dealership after the visit there. Service has gone down. After multiple visits for the same problem and vehicle quit running, vehicle sat at dealership for 3 months awaiting on part that was out of stock and possible discontinued before having vehicle towed to another mechanic and had vehicle looked at. Problem with vehicle was not part that was out of stock, problem with vehicle was another part that is most likely in stock. New mechanic had vehicle up and running in under a week. Also had an oil change done on vehicle and was never informed that brakes pads needed to be changed. New mechanic found vehicle had no brake pads left when inspecting vehicle after receiving vehicle from dealership. If I would not have had to tow vehicle out of dealership due to it not running and had driven it home, I would have had to drive it on an interstate with no front brake pads. I could have killed myself and other innocent people because of this dealerships neglect. Service manager advised me that I should just get a new car More
