Don’t ever go to Frank Boucher Jeep in Janesville. Their service sucks and they don’t care. Everything single time I’ve taken my vehicles there they are incompetent, lazy, and have never done anything right. I gave them at least 8-10 chances and they have proven to be a terrible dealer for service. Management and owner saw I was not happy and had issues and just walked by and didn’t care to even try to make a situation right or investigate. Great way to tank a business Gordie and Frank Boucher. More
