I would recommend the service center for known repairs needed only but not the auto body center. My car was placed in for repair and took more than 6 weeks for a estimated 2 week repair. When the vehicle needed only but not the auto body center. My car was placed in for repair and took more than 6 weeks for a estimated 2 week repair. When the vehicle was to be picked up the seat was left unrepaired, the cause of the oil being low causing check engine light on was never investigated so ultimately I found problems after it was returned to me. The car had an oil leak that occurred when it was stolen and also had a rattle which sounded like the exhaust that was not repaired or reviewed. When returned to the shop to get it fixed Todd White was to work with the insurance company for repair costs but instead said he would not even attempt after committing that he would in person a few days earlier. They also told me at the dealership that my manifold was causing the rattle and it would be close to a $1000 repair but after getting the oil leak fixed and an oil change magically the noise is non existent leaving me to believe that the repairs at the body center previously when the oil filter was replaced and oil topped off caused the rattle. I ultimately incurred a cost of over $100 that should've been taken care of previously through an insurance claim and also was left without a vehicle on multiple occasions. Also I was ultimately pushed away and let down by the team who guaranteed me support on repairing my vehicle through this process that took about 1 month longer than anticipated while I had no loaner or support and had to call weekly to get updates as everytime I called I was told they were waiting on something and to check back the following week. My car is also now silver when it went to the shop a pewter color. When looking at it closely the hood and roof of the vehicle do not match the parts of the car painted at the body shop. More
