Great service! Boucher always takes good care of me. I hit a rock in the park with my Cherokee and wrecked the tire and damaged the rim. They repaired the wheel (no Boucher always takes good care of me. I hit a rock in the park with my Cherokee and wrecked the tire and damaged the rim. They repaired the wheel (no charge) and sold me a new Firestone tire at $35 discount, mounted and balanced the tire, did an inspection, and 4-wheel alignment. I am all set and happy with the service. Remove bad gas from tank and get Jep ready to safelybe drive I filled the gas tank with ethanol gas, in error. I called the dealership the following morning and they worked me into the schedule. After pumping I filled the gas tank with ethanol gas, in error. I called the dealership the following morning and they worked me into the schedule. After pumping the bad gas out and got it reay to be driven safely in a relatively short time. I had made a major misake but everyone was very kind. My first purchase at Frank Boucher was a 2015 Cherokee and I was always happy with the service on that vehicle. So far, very happy with the service on the 2019 Grand Cherokee. More
