my Ram was on for an oil change and to have the locks fixed. I told the salesman when I bought it that the locks weren't working properly. I was told it was the fiob battery had to be changed. It did fixed. I told the salesman when I bought it that the locks weren't working properly. I was told it was the fiob battery had to be changed. It did not fix the problem. I picked up my Ram it still does not work right and i was charged a deductible when it should be covered under warranty. I will not buy another vehicle from them or get service work done by them. Everyone was wonderful! Walked in door and immediately approached. Was able to look around on own but they were right there when need something or had a question.
