I am still waiting for my extra key because they lost it when they were cleaning my car getting it ready for delivery. I knew Corey would have the info I needed, as he is a VW enthusiast and, if I may say, "gearhead". He did not disappoint! It's terrific to have someone that really knows his product! Before I retired, we were not allowed to take our company cars (not VW's) to the dealer for service. I used a good independent service center. With my GTI and now the Alltrack, I feel very good about the service, knowledge, and attention I get from the Boucher service department. I've also dealt with Jericho and Kayce in the past and would say the same. More
