I showed up on the day of the appointment, dropped off the vehicle and came back when they called. Chatted with the salesman that sold me the vehicle as well. In and out, no problems! More
First time I've received bad service Generally, I'm very happy with the service provided at Boucher. This time, I received a phone call at the end of the day of service informing me they Generally, I'm very happy with the service provided at Boucher. This time, I received a phone call at the end of the day of service informing me they'd need to keep the vehicle overnight. No offer to provide a loaner vehicle; I had to request it since I had no way to get home from work. Good thing I requested it; it took over a week to get the problem fixed. Communication throughout the process was poor and was told several times my vehicle would be done by end of day only to receive a phone call at the end of the day telling me it would be tomorrow by the end of the day. My husband wanted more information about the problem and had to call multiple times to try to get his call returned. Ultimately, my car runs great after the repairs were complete, but the entire service process was frustrating. Very disappointing compared to the normal service I've received in the past. More
