Great first time buyer experience I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with Jackson when buying my first new car. I was afraid I might get taken advantage of because I know I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with Jackson when buying my first new car. I was afraid I might get taken advantage of because I know so little about the process, but he was very up front and honest with me about everything. Jackson answered all my questions and concerns, no matter how stupid or obvious they were, lol. He was very patience and not pushy AT ALL, and I really appreciated the follow up phone calls after my purchase to make sure I was happy. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there for a new car. More

Customer service was poor. Low knowledge, low communication, and poor attitude. They also change the oil twice. The second visit was to get a warranty repair and they missed the previous oil chan communication, and poor attitude. They also change the oil twice. Jericho and the whole service group are always AWESOME I drive from Columbus Wi to Janesville to have my car serviced with Boucher VW. The techs are fantastic with my 2014 Jetta, and are up to date on the few recalls for my car. I am very happy with the service here. More

Troy Pronschinske was amazing and helped everything go smoothly. The financing was by far the smoothest experience I've ever had at a dealership. And They helped us get the best possible financing instead of trying to screw us like most dealerships do. They also gave us exactly what we wanted on trade in, witch is very rare these days. The dealership was very clean and was very inviting, so we felt comfortable from the time we got there, until we left. This isn't always the case with most dealerships, especially in the Milwaukee area. I Will be going to this dealer for future vehicles. More
