Bought my VW Passat TDI SEL premium in September from a separate dealer. It was in need of its 40000-mile service. Decided to take it to my nearest VW dealer and I'm very happy I did. I am so pleased with my whole experience at the Volkswagon dealer. This was the best car shopping ever. The salesman Jeremy Weather's was knowledgeable and personable. The Dealership is fine. Service said the general checks (air, etc.) were done twice when they weren't. Had to come back three times to get the full service completed. The part was misordered as well.
