The young lady told me it would be a 2 hour wait and I chose to wait. She appeared to be frustrated with me because I chose to wait. She never asked me my name, just wanted to know if the keys were in the car. I waited in the inside waiting room and when my car was finished, she came in and just stated you are good to go. I had no idea she was talking to me until she looked at me and said I could come over to the counter. In past visits they have always greeted me by my name and went over what they did on my vehicle and also the check points. She did none of these things. She had also asked me if I wanted my car washed and I stated yes. When my car was finished she said that they did not wash it because the machine was broken???? Chalking this visit up to your staff having a bad day. More
