I had a great experience with Troy. He was very friendly and helpful. He was respectful of my budget and did everything he could to make my purchase happen for me. I've had very bad experiences in the past, particularly in the finance stages when declining very expensive add-on coverages. Troy listened to my feelings about my past experience and made sure the finance manager was aware, as well. I did not feel pressured in any way; in fact, they were extremely respectful and pleasant to work with. I will absolutely return here for my next vehicle purchase! Troy also took the time to walk me through top to bottom all of my Jeep's features, which was super helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
I have bought several vehicles as a single older female and this is a rare experience being treated with respect as something other than the little old lady. I was prepared for high pressure and questionable tactics designed to prey on me but I was gladly disappointed and it was replaced with satisfaction and confidence that I had chosen the right dealership.They strive for transparency and have met that goal. I dealt with Jeff Fields and was pleased with his knowledge of the product, ability to compare it to other products and explain why the one we were talking about was right for me. If he did not know something, he admitted it and made sure he found out and got back to me. He also made sure that I felt comfortable with being able to come back to the dealership for further instructions/guidance but also made sure I had available to me other resources and how to use them. I generally hate giving 5 out of 5 stars but in this case I am at a loss as to how they could have done better. YooHooo! More

Worst decision of my car buying experience. Went in looking for a new or newly used dodge or jeep brand suv and they pointed me in the direction of a VW tiguan because they said the sale on the vehicle looking for a new or newly used dodge or jeep brand suv and they pointed me in the direction of a VW tiguan because they said the sale on the vehicle was much better than on the dodge or jeep brand. Then also said the resale value on the tiguan was far superior as well. So I took their advice and was a nightmare ever since. They have had my brand new vehicle in the shop longer than I expected had it in my possession. Twice they told me to continue driving it with the engine light on. Then I got a misfire code and didn't want to cause anymore damage to the engine or emissions so I took it back. They again told me to continue driving it until parts came available. I refused they gave me a rental vehicle and I worked directly with vwoa to get my tiguan replaced. They after several months they agreed to send me a 2021 to replace my 2020. So as I'm waiting for this vehicle to arrive I tried working with the dealership on a trade in wanting to go back to the dodge or jeep brand. They proceeded to tell me I have to take a loss on a vehicle that I haven't even taken ownership of and is still in the delivery process. So much for the resale value they bragged about huh. Also the car is poorly engineered very cheaply made in every aspect and apparently completely unreliable and now the dealership wants me to take a loss on a vehicle that hasn't even arrived at their dealership. I would suggest another dealership other than a boucher dealer. Also I chatted with their specialist about leaving a review with them and he asked if it was positive or not. I asked why that should matter and he said in order to proceed he needed to know. So their ratings on their website are from only positive reviews not as an overall review. I also had screen shot our conversation if anyone needs proof of that conversation. More
Great experience. I was prepared for a large bill for repairs. It was a simple fix and the cost was zero!! Kayce also reminded me that I had not gotten my free oil change.
