Worst customer service experience ever. Got there at 9 am on Saturday March 20th 2021 for an oil change and staff didn't want to book me in due to shortness of staff basically told me to leave my truck there on Saturday March 20th 2021 for an oil change and staff didn't want to book me in due to shortness of staff basically told me to leave my truck there and they would see if they could get to it or not. I also asked for them to check my ram boxes because they were no longer locking with my remote and I was told they couldn't because they had no workers to help. I asked for my oil change to be synthetic oil and once I picked up my truck and paid they said they used regular oil not the oil I had asked for. This is the worst service I have received since I started getting my truck serviced here in 2019. And to be honest not sure I want to go back More
