The sales person did a decent job, but it's pretty hard to be satisfied when a vehicle that you wait 11 weeks to get is not fully functional when it was delivered. Things went downhill when the Sales M to be satisfied when a vehicle that you wait 11 weeks to get is not fully functional when it was delivered. Things went downhill when the Sales Manager got involved. I can only describe this person as uncaring at best and most likely as rude. I got the sense that he felt he was doing me a favor just to talk to me. In fact his unwillingness to communicate with me resulted in me making 3 trips to the dealership and wait a week to pick up the vehicle and to make matters worse it is still not fully functional. So far two attempts have been made to repair the problem with no success. Currently waiting on a part which will hopefully be delivered next week and hopefully fix the problem. What's sad to me about this is that I did not get a great price, I did not negotiate very hard because I believe that the dealership needs to make a fair profit and in this case they did. It was a very simple transaction for the dealership and they made good money, but delivered a defective vehicle after a long wait and with poor communication by the sales manager. Hopefully the problems will be fixed and the repairs can be completed within the next couple of weeks. It's a sad experience and I would not be able to recommend this dealership to anyone. I realize that sometimes problems happen, but the lack of responsibility that the dealership took was unacceptable in my opinion. Laying blame on FCA and not making an effort to resolve the situation yourselves doesn't help anyone. A simple apology would have been nice and some communication by the sales manager would have helped. I've always bought new vehicles and I can say over the years that this is the worst experience I have had. More
