This is the second time we've used this dealership. Unfortunately were very disappointed both times. I hoped to inform the service manager to advise him of what happened on this visit. Left him a voicemail a few days after the service leaving my name and phone number so he could hear what happened to improve their service quality, but he did not return the call. So sad that a no cost opportunity was missed to get a first had experience from the customer's perspective. All we can conclude is doing inferior work is routine and this dealership is content with that. More
