GREAT SERVICE! Who really wants to work on a 1996 Jetta GLS in 2015? Quite a bit old & a little rusty here & there, but it is FOX that serviced the ole girl for most of her lifetime! After 17 yrs. of your service, I can say I have always been satisfied. And now that it's time to let her go, I very much appreciated the time 'Ron your Mechanic' took to solve & fix/correct the issues on such an old car, and your 'Service Consultant Joe' just great, as well, so nice, and attentive to my concerns to get it repaired. Awesome service all around!! As a female, I dread going to get repairs done on my car. I found this to be exactly the opposite for my experience at Fox. Bernie Buchta the servic As a female, I dread going to get repairs done on my car. I found this to be exactly the opposite for my experience at Fox. Bernie Buchta the service consultant that I spoke with was knowledgeable and insured me that I would be taken care of. I sat in the waiting area and an hour later Bernie came to speak to me to let me know what the problem was with my car. It was a simple fix and the cost was minimal and never did Bernie once try to talk to me into other things that typically are up sales for most dealerships. If you need service on your car, I highly recommend that you go to Fox and request Bernie Buchta. He was a kind young man who I was confident knew exactly what he was talking about. He knows about cars and explained in detail to me what had been done to my car so that I understood. Thank you Bernie Buchta for your professional service you gave me!! More

Outstanding customer service This was my first visit at fox vw dealership. I did go there after a horrific experience at another vw dealership. As soon as I met and talk to Bernar This was my first visit at fox vw dealership. I did go there after a horrific experience at another vw dealership. As soon as I met and talk to Bernard Buchta I knew the service would be quite different than the previous dealership. Well spoken and mannerred Bernard took time to listen to my problem and explained what they can do to fix it. Left my car for service with a peace of mind that I will not be lied to or mislead. Two hours later the mechanics had already determined the problem and Bernard was on the phone with me to discuss further plan of action . I was impressed. Just a bad sensor!? No need for new transmission , no no problem found! Bernard brought my trust in honesty back, and earned a loyal customer to fox dealership. I will buy and service my cars at fox dealership with no doubt in the future and without a fear that I am being lied to. Thank you Bernard, thank you everyone that works at fox vw of Rochester. More

Above and Beyond This is now my 4th car from Alex He goes above and beyond every time. He called me telling me we have some great programs and can lower your monthly p This is now my 4th car from Alex He goes above and beyond every time. He called me telling me we have some great programs and can lower your monthly payment stop in. He said give me 15 minutes of your time. He was done in 10 minutes gave me the new prices told me what colors and even got me the next level up for less money. I picked it up three days later everything was great clean and finance manager was great as well went over the paper work and got my wheel and tire cost down as well. Over all Fox VW is lucky to have Alex back. I have given his name to all of my co workers and family. He is a rock star More

Whew!! Alex and everyone I encountered at the dealership was super. I had chosen a black Jetta with tan interior. I chose the tan without seeing it - mistak Alex and everyone I encountered at the dealership was super. I had chosen a black Jetta with tan interior. I chose the tan without seeing it - mistake. I was hesitant leaving the dealership with the Jetta after realizing the tan, in my opinion, was cream/off white. I contacted Alex as soon as I arrived home. He wasn't sure what he could do, but assured me he would speak to his manager first thing in the morn. I was panicked at this point. Well, Alex came through for me with flying colors! I am now sporting around in a beautiful black on black Jetta. I know Fox VW did not have to take the car back - but they did. I am extremely pleased and a very happy customer. More

Another great experience with Alex Giacona at Fox! I don't know what to say, other than Alex Giacona is an awesome salesperson! I'm so glad he's back at Fox! This is the fourth car I've leased at F I don't know what to say, other than Alex Giacona is an awesome salesperson! I'm so glad he's back at Fox! This is the fourth car I've leased at Fox and the third from Alex. I always get awesome customer service and everyone is very friendly. The F&I process isn't pressured sales as at other dealerships in the area. I've sent numerous friends and coworkers to Fox & Alex for their new vehicle needs and they're all happy customers as well.
