This used to be a good dealership. I bought 2 GTIs from them. My last one I brought in for service for a check engine light august 2023. I was told they couldn’t look at my car for a m I bought 2 GTIs from them. My last one I brought in for service for a check engine light august 2023. I was told they couldn’t look at my car for a month. This was my daily driver. I took it to an independent garage and had it back in less than a week I also had them document corrosion damage under the extended warranty. I never heard back and ended up taking it to another dealer. Ever since the owner was appointed a diplomat this dealership has gone downhill. The service department is rude and apparently they can’t keep technicians according the service rep I talked to. More

Deployed service member here. My wife took her 6 year old CC there for some recalls and next thing you know had a list of $17K of repairs that would be needed. She sent me the list and most of what was on th CC there for some recalls and next thing you know had a list of $17K of repairs that would be needed. She sent me the list and most of what was on the list were thing that had already done with preventative maintenance (air filters, tire rotations/alignments, etc.). So apparently the business practice is to come up with a list of xxxxxxxx to either get people to pay a ridiculous amount for stuff that doesn't need to be fixed, or force them into a sense of panic so they buy a new car. Sad bunch of slime xxxxx that cant seem to break the stereotype of dealership maintenance. More
