Excellent service by the entire staff. My personal salesman was Fernando, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire sale. He went the extra mile to get me the car I wa salesman was Fernando, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire sale. He went the extra mile to get me the car I wanted and I would highly recommend consulting with him for a purchase. The business manager was also very helpful and the delivery coordinator did an excellent job explaining the features of the car to me and DEMONSTRATED these features/buttons to me, which really helped me understand the car and he made sure that I was comfortable with the operations of the car before I left. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Overall, it was an outstanding experience for me and the service of the staff was exceptional. The owner has always given my family the VIP treatment and we are very grateful for that. More

I came in looking to lease a Passat under the impression I would drive off with it that day. However, do to computer error the car I wanted was not actually on the lot.
