We had spoke on the phone a few times prior to coming in about the lease-end process and future options. She was very thorough in describing the details of my options and I decided to lease again. While I went into the dealership that day to get my car "appraised" I was very surprised to find myself walking out with a brand new 2012 Jetta. It was a very smooth process and Lauren was helpful the entire process. In 4 years I hope I'll have the opportunity to work with her again in the search for my next car. More

It was only because of Ms. Escobedo's service, and knowledge of the Touareg why I purchased the vehicle. I say that because, it was hard to find the exact vehicle I was looking for, and Ms Escobedo was able to answer all questions that came up. I must point out that I traveled from NY to Illinois to pick up the Touareg personally, and the treatment was even better in person. Fox Valley Volkswagen work as a team, they made sure the vehicle was ready, and any issues that came up were handled. I recently purchased my THIRD Volkswagen this Spring. I initially went to Fox Valley earlier in the year and did not a great experience with a different sales person. I did not purchase then. Then............while picking up my Passat from a service appoint I met Lauren. My son and I were in the showroom waiting for my car and she asked if I had any questions. I told her my story and that I was going to purchase a new Jetta soon but had a not-so-pleasant experience the first time. I explained that I would be purchasing another car and hadn't had a car payment for quite a while and that I coudln't spend alot, and knew just want I wanted/needed in a car. She said to see her when I was ready and I could even call her and she would go over numbers on the phone. When I was ready to purchase, I went to the dealer and was so happy to see Lauren there. She remembered me, I told what I need/wanted and my price range. She brought a car around, it was what I wanted, didn't even have to drive it, since I am a previos VW owner. My parents were with me too. They were impressed with her also (and they have purchased ALOT of cars in their 52 years of marriage with ALOT of sales people). We went in, talked, price, no pushiness or intimidation and walked out with the car I wanted at the price I could afford. Lauren was so helpful and easy to work with. I feel I am a LOIVE-LONG Volkswagen customer and hope Lauren will be around when I purchase my next one. There should be more sales people like her. The "old" way should be disgarded and the "Lauren" way of treating customers should be taught. More

I went to the dealership for a oil and filter change. I stopped to say hello to Peter and he told me about the new lease program they were advertising.
