Worst Experience I ever had in my life time (regardless of buying anything) - I would rate in minus if there is an option to do so Things they did Worst Experience I ever had in my life time (regardless of buying anything) - I would rate in minus if there is an option to do so Things they did really bad for me when doing business with them for used car (07 BMW 5 series) - I found a oil leak when I did a pre-inspection and told the dealer before I bought.. The dealer service dept then inspected and said it was just overflow when an oil change was done and nothing to worry about. Which was totally wrong and sold a crap car to us (they gave a 1000 miles guarantee for the oil leak) - the exact miles in the car was 72,431.. but purposely in records they have put 72,231 just to cheat me a 200 miles to cover up their 1000 mile warranty to make it as 800 miles which I just noticed after 2 days only. - I bought a extended warranty with them for $4,500 "platinum" bumper to bumper. but the receipt for that was missing along with all the other documents they gave to us which I noticed in my home. I called "Ed" from Finance Department and asked him.. he then scanned and emailed me back after my 5th follow up call.after seeing the receipt I saw I was cheated that he signed up for "gold" which is just basic stuff and it costs $3700.. But he charged me $4500 for a "platinum" - My wife had a pre-approval already when we took this car out from this dealer. it took few days from her CU to process the final check and sent it back to this dealer. In between without our attention "Ed" from finance department ran not 1 or 2.. but 7 hard inquires on her credit. we were devastated when we came to know after a month when it got reflected in Credit karma.. I called "Ed" immediately and yelled at him but he was replying very cool.. "that's what we do"!! really?? this is how u do a business?? playing with others credit history?? I told him so many times that we already had a pre-approval.. just that we want them to get him the final amt check from our CU. but he never bothered about that all..7 hard inquires now really impacts my wife's credit score and history... it will take next 2 years to clear it up. - After I took the car to my home within a week I found the oil was leaking badly and took to them saying there is definitely a oil leak. they took to a local service center and returned my car after several days saying it is fixed now. - That same day I also went to Finance department to meet "Ed" and told him we don't need the Extended warranty anymore and we want to cancel it (the extended warranty offered 60 days money back guarantee ) he took a sheet that says application and took sign from my wife and said ok.. don't worry your money will be refunded in full in about 4 to 6 weeks. but he never submitted anything - In-fact I came to know that he never ever submitted our original Extended warranty application in the beginning when we bought the car but they took $4500 from us. I figured out this by calling that extended warranty company CS and checking the status of our refund after 6 weeks.. They said your name, address not even your Car's VIN is in our system.. that time I came to know I was cheated. I was even imagining that the person "Ed" from finance took our money and did scam. I immediately reached him asking for the refund status and he was replying very cool - "we have applied.. it will take some time'. I said I have directly called the CS and they said they don't have us in our system at all. Then he was very much alerted and said u will get your money back in 2 weeks.. I don't know what he did but I received a check.. its a 4.5 grand money for almost 2 months got lost somewhere.. and it came back to us after all. - I also found the car did not have a user manual. it cost me 50 bugs when I buy it ebay. - The car did not come with Navigation DVD though the car was equipped with Navigation. I was to wait for almost 2 months to get a cd from them.. again I have to fight with them to get that. There is still few more bad things to say but this itself shows their incredible customer car service and the way they do their business. Clearly no one was taking care of us at any point of time and every time I have to fight for simple things to happen. They were so lazy and careless. I'LL NEVER EVER EVEN GO BACK TO THIS DEALER EVER AGAIN. I strongly urge anyone to stay away from this dealership.these guys they will lie and deceive you all the way to the bank, and then turn there backs on you! Buyer Beware! More

We have now leased our FOURTH new vehicle from Alana at Fox Valley VW in West Chicago (currently '13 CC Sport and '12 Touareg TDI Sport w/Navi). We don't just happen to get Alana when we visit, we have so Fox Valley VW in West Chicago (currently '13 CC Sport and '12 Touareg TDI Sport w/Navi). We don't just happen to get Alana when we visit, we have sought her out ever since our first new vehicle from Fox Valley. Alana has always gone the extra mile for us and put up with our extremely stubborn requests, making us feel confident in each vehicle purchase we've made with them. She has an outstanding mix of professionalism and personability that is hard to find. We have been leasing from Alana and Fox Valley now for over three years and have not had ANY major issues with either our vehicles or the service provided by the dealership. The worst instance we have experienced was a brake light going out in our previous CC; this was covered under warranty and replaced within 30 minutes of showing up. The service department employees have always been a pleasure to meet with (especially Karen!)and extremely informative regarding any questions. I would give higher than "5" ratings for Alana, the service department, and the Sales Manager if possible; cannot recommend them any higher! More
