I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with choosing Anderson as my VW dealer. I (like many others) have dealt with other car dealers and in particular was dealing with one on the very day I choosing Anderson as my VW dealer. The sincerity and honestly and patience and morality they showed me was second to none! I have never felt anything like it. There was no pressure. No bad talking. Nothing negative at all...and it was the perfect opportunity to slam another dealer. I am so extremely impressed with the way this company does their business. I will ~without a doubt~ be looking to them when I am ready for my next purchase...even though I live in Chicago and they are located in Crystal Lake. Matthew was extremely helpful. When I dropped my car off, I notified him that I had a meeting in 45 minutes and also an interview in the afternoon, so I would need to leave if the car would take a while to l I notified him that I had a meeting in 45 minutes and also an interview in the afternoon, so I would need to leave if the car would take a while to look at. Within 5 minutes of me telling him that, he had a new Chevrolet Suburban from the Enterprise company waiting for me, due to lack of loaner cars, in the front of the dealership all cleaned and gas in it as I was on my way to Downers Grove. When I returned in the afternoon to get my car, not only had they cleaned it, but it had rained since they cleaned it and he had the cleanup wash it again. Matthew went above and beyond helping me with the service of my vehicle, but also made me feel very welcome there. He asked me how my interview went and proceeded to talk ask about how my day went.
