I called Jimmie before I came in with a vague “Jimmie, I need an adult car” because the Cobalt I owned was past its prime. When I arrived, Jimmie had a range of VWs for me to peruse, gave me specs, price ranges, options, and answered every question I had. We test drove two GLIs and he went over the differences in standard features, options, and benefits of not only the cars we were driving, but compared them to other cars on the lot (VW, Mazda & BMW) and comparable cars of other manufacturers. We also looked at a Mazda6 that was comparable to the GLI that I ended up purchasing for a side-by-side comparison. Jim let the car sell itself, instead of convincing me it was what I needed. Jimmie broke down all of the financial options that were available (lease, purchase at different intervals), and explained the pros and cons of the options that I had. When I decided on a lease term, Jimmie didn’t just send us off to the Finance Department, he introduced us to Dan Busch and made sure he was ready for us to fill out the appropriate paperwork. Dan thoroughly explained all of the documents, the warranty options, and the obligations the dealership and I had to complete the lease to avoid end-of-agreement frustration. He answered the questions I had completely and was accommodating to any explanation I needed. After the paperwork was complete, Jimmie helped me empty out my trade-in and took me on a tour of my new VW. He explained all the features, showed me operating tips, took me on a tour of the engine compartment (and fluid fill areas), and answered any questions I had regarding all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle. Jimmie went the extra mile to make sure I was not only completely satisfied with my purchase, but completely informed about my purchase. Jimmie has been great about answering follow-up questions and making sure I’m satisfied and getting the most out of my new vehicle. But this isn’t a surprise: my fiancé leased a Mazda in January, and the level of service we received made coming back to Anderson an easy decision. More

We were very pleased with the whole experience we had buying a new vehicle from Anderson. Our sales person, Max, was a pleasure to work with. He had a great deal of knowledge about each of the vehicles w buying a new vehicle from Anderson. Our sales person, Max, was a pleasure to work with. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he immediately went to to someone who did know and then made sure we understood what he was saying. He helped us set up and learn the electronics of the car we purchased, making sure we had a good basic knowledge before we left. All of the staff we dealt with and even some of the staff that just passed by were very friendly. It was all a very comfortable and pleasant experience. We had not planned on buying a new vehicle but once we worked with the staff and settled on a price, we couldn't pass it up. We feel you were willing to work with us and even put some time into getting us the best interest rate you could find. All in all we are very happy.
