The dealership was very busy that day and it took awhile for Derek to explain my situation to the manager, but while I was waiting I met most of the staff and they were all very friendly and made sure I wasn't just sitting around bored. Once Derek got his meeting with the manager they figured out a way to get me everything I wanted for the price I asked for. within minutes. I had been looking for a used SUV for my wife for months and focusing on a Jeep or Toyota. I searched high and low to find this Touareg about a 1 1/2 drive from our house which I was leery on driving that far. Happy to say it was well worth it and thank you to Peter our Sale guy, Bob Sale Manager and Dan Finance Manager. Dan tried to sell us additional warranty which we declined and Dan moved right on. As we were talking he asked he if could revisit something with us which we accepted. We ended up buying the additional warranty. I didn't clearly understand the 5 year / 100,000 miles wasn't the vehicle reaching 100,000 it's truly 100,000 miles or 5 years. Maintaining a luxury vehicle can be very expensive when things go wrong, so this was a great deal. More
