Jim proudly informed my husband that he (my husband) was "brainwashed" about all wheel drive. He then lectured my husband about AWD drive. During our painful meeting with Jim, he managed to insult my husband's intelligence at least two more times. We learned two things (1) we should have waited for Derek and (2) the VW dealership in Mt. Prospect was happy to sell us a car AND treat us with respect. More
