I started coming here last winter to just get set up with floor mats and Matt Pease at the service desk set me up. I came back in a number of times just to get little things touched up on, Matt took care of me and my Tiguan. A few weeks back I had an issue with my car and took it to another local service shop between the rental and repair it was an arm an a leg, a week later the check engine light went on and I took it back to Crystal Lake this time and found there was an issue with my turbo (Alan Rzewnicki in service repaired and did a spot on job), they not only took care of the charges under my warrenty but set me up with a rental no charge for a week and were able to get me money back from my other repair. When I got my car back and we started discussing possibly getting a trade in because my Tiguan was almost up on its Warrenty miles and I was at the point that I would of had to have my rear breaks done. Derek Erickson (my sales guy) and Derek Gruendemann (the sales manager) said give us a week or so to find something that fits what you are looking for or come back in before you hit your warrenty miles. I returned 2 weeks later and they had not quite found anything yet but they gave me a car to drive for another week so that I didn't go over in milage. After looking and really listening to what it was that I needed out of my car they came up with putting me in a brand new 2015 Tiguan that worked in my roll over and had the best option for payment and considering how may miles I put on my cars for work I wouldnt have to trade my car back in for a few more years then my last Tiguan. They even threw in tinting the windows. As for when it came to signing all of my paperwork John Larson had me in and out of finance within 15 min. Overall this dealership has really bent over backwards in helping me out with my last car and with my new car and I am not even mentioning everything that they did for me. I will never use another dealership as long as I live in this area. (and even if they werent VW I would still use these guys to help me with my cars). More

Not only was the vehicle impressive upon arrival, we received a great purchase price (due to the friends and family program) and no-hassle, friendly customer service. Would have liked to get more for our trade given its outstanding shape and unheard of low miles, but a lesser than value is to be expected as part of the standard new car buying experience. Our sales person, Jim Conklin, was terrific to work with and a true asset to the overall experience. More
