Trevor the GTI Guy I walked in at 8:20pm on a Tuesday night and was greeted by Trevor The GTI Guy. He was eager to help even though it was getting near closing time. We I walked in at 8:20pm on a Tuesday night and was greeted by Trevor The GTI Guy. He was eager to help even though it was getting near closing time. We took a Tiguan on a quick test drive, he was knowledgeable, easy going and fun to work with. He let me know his hours for the week and I returned Thursday afternoon. Trevor had the other cars I requested to drive ready when I walked in the door. Trevor in addition to his colleagues made the entire experience seamless and made it possible for me to leave with a car that same day. The environment on the sales floor was phenomenal, all the employees were willing to help and answer any questions. Everyone made what can be a stressful process easy and fun! I'm happy to say I left with a Passat SE and I am thankful for all of Trevor's help! More

I just bought a certified VW from another dealership out of state and had th It is truly a pleasure to commend Alan on his fantastic customer service. I just bought a certified VW from another dealership out of state and had the most horrible experience imaginable. When I needed to bring the car in to another VW dealership, I of course was concerned that the story would relive itself. My faith in the brand was restored working with Alan! Beyond his professionalism, he honestly cared about my concerns, and even went WELL out of his way to work with VW corporate to get an item covered under warranty that I was told would be impossible. He routinely followed through with updated communication on the status of the service, and was always concerned that every question I had was answered. Alan even went so far as to give me a full service history on my car, something the other dealership didn't come close to do. Doesn't sound like much until I found out that the previous owner had prepaid for 3 years worth of service! WOW! Would have been nice to have been told THAT from the other dealership. I am at ease in knowing that working with Alan on future service will be honest, detailed, and thorough. In fact every service person I worked with was professional, friendly, and treated me as a quality customer. Thank you VW of Crystal Lake for such great service! More
