This VW dealership is a True Winner (A Valued Winner to many including me now) Although my family frequents this service center, it was my 1st time). The best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Hete’s My experience: - called for an appt on a Wednesday. Secured an appt for that Saturday. (!!) - I arrived 10 minutes early. They were ready to serve and deliver. Service with a smile. Knowledgeable personnel (!!) - came in for an Oil Change, they took care of 2 recall issues at the same time (!!) - all ready within 1.5 hrs.. Had enough time to have breakfast with friends just across the street. Much to do around the area. (!!) - checkout was friendly, informative and fast. (!!) - They even washed my car and filled fluids which I forgot to tell them to do but they took care of it anyway. (!!) You can’t go wrong with this team. Now if I could find a way to get the service for free, I’d be set!! Lol. Count on Reasonable prices on services. A VALUED WINNER! Thanks More
