With that being said we had a bad taste in our mouth and decided to put the search for a car on hold. Fast forward to today we ended up at VW of Crystal Lake and man were we in for a surprise. We were greeted by Trevor at the door, he helped us find the perfect car and knew the answer to every question we had. He made us fall in love with the car all over again and everyone at this dealership was so kind. We were offered coffe/water etc by almost everyone we walked past. We ended up finding our dream car and we can’t seem to stop talking about what great customer service we received from everyone there.
