I went in to look at two used vehicles and one of them was at a different location, so my s The process at Volkswagen of Crystal Lake was exceptional. I went in to look at two used vehicles and one of them was at a different location, so my salesman Marshall said we could take the one for a test drive and look at the other one. I decided on the second one and while we did the paperwork, they had it detailed and it looked awesome.
