LEFT WITH NO RESOLUTION - BAD REPAIR - AWFUL SERVICE Service performed an incomplete timing chain/tentioner repair on my 2011 Tiguan. This repair was paid for in full by myself, even though it was a manu Service performed an incomplete timing chain/tentioner repair on my 2011 Tiguan. This repair was paid for in full by myself, even though it was a manufacturers defect with this particular engine (found in VW and Audio). Have had the engine light CONSTANTLY on since and had to go to another technician, spend even more money replacing spark plugs and coils, to find out they did not put the timing cap back on right and my car has been spitting oil ever since. I was warned that any more troubleshooting from Anderson would cost me. I don't recommend these guys at all. VERY DISHONEST. I have witnessed Alan sitting people down saying that he was going to "FIX" their automatic locks because they didn't know why the car was locking "by itself". Alan has several times tried to deflect blame to me for the problems with my vehicle, like I don't know any better. It is straight up insulting and rude. I have since emailed Dan the GM and have not heard back. I have been treated disrespectfully by other members of this team. I am just trying to get them to stand up to their work and finally fix my engine. More
