The process was great given the current circumstances. Derek was very knowledgeable in regards to the Tiguan that we purchased. He took the time to review all of the features and worked with us as much Derek was very knowledgeable in regards to the Tiguan that we purchased. He took the time to review all of the features and worked with us as much as possible to get us into the car payment we wanted. The only reason I am giving this transaction a 4 is because at the time of delivery (which was scheduled) the car was not ready to go. We needed to wait for the team to put gas in the vehicle and then when we got home (our fault for assuming) we realized they never put on the front license plate so we had to go back the next day to have that put on. Otherwise it was a nice transaction and most everything was able to be completed online given the pandemic - which frankly - I enjoy. Thank you Derek and Leah for all of your support through out the buying process. More
